All your Xiaomi devices sync with the Mi Home App. Xiaomi, please address the issue introduced in the latest updates to the Mi Home app. After checking the reviews for the app, I see that since the update there have been nothing but 1 star reviews, as it somehow managed to break things for everyone, and even remove a ton of functionality.

Hello, I bought Xiaomi homeplug wifi kit (one connect to the router and one should be connect in room with bad wifi singal) I connected them and everything work find, there is new wifi network under name 'xiaomi -plc' and its works great which mean the product really work. but there is one little problem I can't use it without set a password to the new network so I read that I have to download Mi home app and link the 'child unit' and than I will be able to set a passwork and I will get a few more options. But when I tried I failed again and again I tried with my own device (Iphone) and than I tried even with xiaomi Redmi device same result. Sometimes the app even don't recognize the product at all and I find it by manual search and sometimes I can't find it at all. I added here photos and video of the process when I found it manually.
