Office 2016 does not seem to have Excel 15.0 object library as a reference I can select? I have Excel 2013 VBA app that needs Excel 15.0 and MSoffice 15.0 as VBA reference. I am trying to run on Excel 2016 which only has ver 16.0 of these dll's. Apr 02, 2015 I'm searching for Microsoft Excel 15.0 Object Library in the reference but i can't find it. I had to search for the Outlook, and Access also. I found them but i can't find Microsoft Excel 15.0 Object Library. But i do have Excel on the laptop. I also re installed MS Office 2 times, just to make sure. How can i find it?

To install the PIAs when you install Office

  1. Ensure that you have a version of the .NET Framework that is no older than 2.0.

  2. Install Microsoft Office and make sure that the .NET Programmability Support feature is selected for the applications you want to extend (this feature is included in the default installation).

    Warning

    By default, PIA's are embedded in your solution when you build it so you don't have to distribute PIAs to users as a prerequisite to using your VSTO Add-in or customization.

I created a xlsm document that embeds and modifys doc files. I did this on my pc with word 2016. I have to use this file at work where we only have excel 2013, and Word Object Library 15.0 is miss.
